Have you heard about that case with Zendaya that happened in a restaurant in Rome recently? Well, well we all did heard about that and we’ve gotta say we are quite surprised considering that Rome is the place of fashion!
What does it mean inappropriate outfit in 2023?
Let’s see what does it mean to be dressed in inappropriate way in the modern world of 2023. During the years we’ve seen a lot of fashion trends going on. I got to admit that my favourite so far are from 2000s and maybe even 90s. Back then the open belly and short t’shirts were quite modern and super cool. We can see that some of the main trends from back then are coming back to us. I’ve seen a lot of people wearing that kind of style. Some of the well known massive brands are giving us that look from 90s and 2000s because this is “the trend!”
We are living in such modern world, being able to wear whatever we want and whenever we want to. A centuries ago there might be some rules about inappropriate outfits and what is right or wrong. But in today’s world this is simply OLD mentality!
Every modern company now is allowing its employees to wear whatever they want in the office as long as they are feeling comfortable. Of course some corporative places would be exception!
Who Creates The Trends?
Have you ever wonder who creates the trends? Who gives us the guide of what is trendy each season and how we should wear? Who gives us the knowledge of what to put in our wardrobe and what clothes to buy? And most importantly who creates the patterns and the trendy colours for each season or year?
The biggest designers out there are giving us that guide which we follow. And who starts following those trends first? The famous people. Just as Zendaya’s style is most probably inspired by some of the big designers out there. Who comes after? The bloggers and influencers! Who comes after? The people who gets inspired by those influencers and bloggers! Why? Because we all need a lead, someone to show us the right guide for the perfect look and style! So how does this work?

Does Restaurants Need To Have Dress Code?
First of all, what does it mean dress code? It means a simple message to the visitors of specific place to follow a simple guide to wear in a specific way. Is this right? I would say it depends on the event, the place and the hour. Every restaurant, corporation or commercial space have right to set up rules. But isn’t this cutting people’s freedom? Aren’t we becoming someone’s vision slaves? Do I have to wear in a specific way just because someone told me to?
Could it be That The Restaurant is After Despaired Move To Become Famous?
The only thought coming to my mind is that this specific restaurant wants to become famous because it isn’t? Or it wants to become MORE famous than it is right now and they saw that “opportunity” in the face of Zendaya?
